"The technician, Vince, did a very timely and professional job in replacing the windshield and reinstalled the VA inspection sticker and Easy Pass transponder.

While at my home I had requested that the technician look at another vehicle I had a leak problem with. I thought the water was coming in at top of my windshield but after Vince looked the car over he said he thought the water was getting in my car through the sun roof drain plugs and gave me suggestions on how to further troubleshoot. After using his tips I was able to confirm the leak was in fact because of a clogged sun roof drain plug. After talking to the owner, Mike, he recommended that I take the car to the dealer to have the drains cleared.
